The Story Behind 10x Landscaping & Snow Plowing Service — Buffalo’s Year-Round Outdoor Crew.
10x Landscaping & Snow Plowing Service started the way a lot of good WNY businesses do — with a truck, a trailer, and a simple frustration: too many homeowners around Buffalo were hiring one company for their lawn, another for their patio, a third for their trees, and then scrambling every November to find someone — anyone — to plow the driveway. We figured there was a better way. Be the one crew a homeowner actually needs, all year long, and do every job like the neighbors are watching. Because around here, they are.
That was 5+ years ago. Since then, we’ve grown from a small local operation into one of the busiest year-round outdoor service companies in Erie County — and we did it without a single billboard. Our growth has come the old-fashioned way: a patio in Orchard Park leads to a fence two doors down, a fall cleanup in Hamburg turns into a seasonal plowing contract, and a happy customer in West Seneca tells her brother in Cheektowaga. Over these five years, our crews have designed and installed complete landscapes, built decks and fences that have already shrugged off multiple Buffalo winters, planted hundreds of cold-hardy trees and shrubs, maintained properties season after season, and kept driveways, commercial lots, and private roads clear through lake-effect storms that made the national news.
The proof is in what our customers say. We hold a 5.0-star rating across 41 Google reviews, and we earned it the boring way: answering the phone, showing up when we said we would, and fixing anything that wasn’t right. Several of our earliest customers are still with us today, on their fifth straight winter of plowing or their fifth spring cleanup. In this business, repeat customers are the only trophy that matters.
And we’re not done improving. Our plans for the seasons ahead include expanding our equipment fleet so emergency snow response gets even faster, adding more native and pollinator-friendly planting options for WNY yards, tightening our scheduling systems so estimates and start dates come quicker, and growing our crews with local hires trained to our own standard. The goal has never changed: when someone in Western New York thinks “outdoor work,” we want ours to be the only number they need.
